5-Methylcytosine DNA Methylation Patterns among Gut Predominate Commensal Escherichia coli and Lactobacilli from the Balbas and Mazekh Domestic Sheep Breeds-Crimson Publishers

The aim of current investigation was to compare the 5-methylcytosine level in genomic DNA of commensal Escherichia coli and lactobacilli from the widely bred in Armenia sheep breeds-Mazekh and Balbas. The results revealed statistically confirmed differences in 5-methylcytosine methylation patterns of these bacteria in the bacterial isolates from Mazekh and Balbas sheep. The percentage of 5-methylcytosine of the genomic DNA was statistically higher for isolates from the Mazekh sheep in comparison with those of Balbas sheep (34.5±7.57 vs. 5.05±2.4, P <0.05). The Scatter Plot of relationship between cell surface hydrophobicity and genomic DNA’s 5-methylcytosine levels shows a moderately strong negative relationship between these characteristics of sheep gut isolates (Pearson R is -0.75). These results may be important for veterinary medicine and breeding programs.

The Malachite Wen-Myeloid Sarcoma- Crimson Publishers

The Malachite Wen-Myeloid Sarcoma- Crimson Publishers   Contingent to World Health Organization (WHO) classification, myeloid sarcoma is denominated as a tumefaction comprised of myeloblasts amalgamated at an anatomical site divergent from the bone marrow which engenders distortion of normal tissue architecture. Generally, myeloid sarcoma is contemplated to be equivalent to and concurrent with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), although lesions may occur in isolation. Additionally designated as granulocytic sarcoma, chloroma or extramedullary myeloid tumour, myeloid sarcoma categorically represents as a distinct tumefaction associated with architectural effacement of circumscribing soft tissue. Myeloid sarcoma may emerge as a de novo lesion or manifest as therapy related myeloid neoplasm or as disease progression within myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or myelodysplastic / myeloproliferative neoplasm (MDS / MPN). In contrast, leukaemia cutis (LC) is...

Computational Nanomaterial Design: Towards the Realization of Nanoparticle Design in Cancer Treatment- Crimson Publishers

Computational Nanomaterial Design: Towards the Realization of Nanoparticle Design in Cancer Treatment- Crimson Publishers Cancer is one of the leading causes of human mortality [1]. To compound the issue, cancers can occur in many parts of the human body. A new methodology was developed to use radiotherapy to kill cancer cells or control its growth. There are two ways of using this method: external radiation, in which radiation in the form of x-rays bombards the target area from the outside, and internal radiation, in which a small amount of radioactive substance is surgically placed in the vicinity of the cancer cells [2]. Normally, the former method is used for treatment, but this can potentially affect non-cancerous cells and can cause side effects and other unintended problems later on. https://crimsonpublishers.com/rmes/fulltext/RMES.000726.php For more open access journals in crimson publishers Please click on link: https://crimsonpublishers.com For more articles on Resea...

Speed of Light and Gravity, 𝒈 = 𝑮𝒄𝟐/𝒓- Crimson Publishers

Speed of Light and Gravity, 𝒈 = 𝑮𝒄𝟐 / 𝒓- Crimson Publishers The speed of light and the lunar light year of the Earth have been used to calculate a centripetal acceleration. The results align exactly with gravity at the surface of the Earth or 9.8m/s2. It is thought that the electromagnetic field of the Earth extends in a circular path to the far edges of the solar system and the speed of light contributes to the centripetal acceleration experienced on Earth. The author concludes that electromagnetism is the driving force of gravity in the near- and far-fields of the solar system. https://crimsonpublishers.com/rmes/fulltext/RMES.000686.php For more open access journals in crimson publishers Please click on link: https://crimsonpublishers.com For more articles on Research in Medical & Engineering Sciences Please click on link: https://crimsonpublishers.com/rmes/
